Hi, I’m Jax, a blue-eyed heartbreaker available for adoption at FAAS! I’m not bragging, but I’m pretty much perfect and if you’re looking for a big dog, you would be lucky to have me! Like most Alaskan huskies, I’m extremely smart, playful, and athletic. I will keep you on your toes! I will need a yard with a tall fence. But I am pretty laid back for my breed. I might be a little aloof when we first meet, but I warm up quickly and one way I show my affection is by leaning against your legs. I will love walking with you. I pull a little on the leash, but I’m easily controlled, and though I’m interested to see other dogs, I’m a live-and-let-live kind of guy. I don’t bark or lunge; that’s just rude! I have met two dogs while at FAAS, and the meetings went well. I was a little too “in your face” with one of them, then I settled down and we became friends. The second dog I met was a large-breed puppy, and I let him jump all over me! I am housebroken and know how to sit and shake. My last owner was good to me, but he just didn’t have the time to devote to my care. I would be the perfect choice if you work from home or can take me with you. Let’s meet!
